Sowmya’s concert on 10th Aug had the stamp of class. Her vidhvat was evident in the way she dealt with each piece and in the delineation of the ragas and the bhavas related to the kritis. She performed with great ease the most difficult of sangathis .The RTP in Harikamboji was the highlight of the concert. Sri. Sriramkumar on the violin, Sri.J.Vaidyanathan on the mridangam and Sri. Anirudh Athreya on the khanjira gave excellent percussion support and raised the concert to higher levels.
