
Sikil Gurucharan gave a power packed concert today engaging the audience and leaving them a very happy lot at the end of a very lively concert. He is gifted with a wonderful voice, powerful and extremely melodious. His repertoire is excellent and his selections today were very well planned. The highlights were Tulasi Bilva in Kedaragowlai which was the main piece and the RTP in Ganamoorthi that followed. On the violin, Nagai Sri Sriram was too good, giving an excellent response to every nuance. Patri Sri Satishkumar was exhuberant, as usual, and lifted the concerts to great heights. Sri Ramanujam gave very good support on the ghatam. On the whole, it was an enjoyable concert, one of team work that left the rasikas thoroughly satisfied and very happy.
