December 2014 Concerts Schedule

Post by Sundara Rajan »

Have any of the several Sabhas in Chennai announced their concert schedule for the coming season 2014-2015 ?
I am contemplating visiting Chennai in December 2014, God willing and my health permitting.
Any information in this regard will help me in planning. Thanks.

So am I!
I did see Charsur's schedule on line. Hope others come up with their's soon.

A request to all performers who have their own blogs to please publish their schedules. Thanks...

Some early releases can be seen here: http://www.chennaidecemberseason.com
This site also follows some artiste blogs.

I am sure kutcheris.com should have things released towards the end of this month. Our forumite Ram (of ramsabode fame) will have access to most sabha schedules in the next few weeks.

sundararajan sir and others
As mahavishnu said the best source which is very exhaustive for the last few years is always
http://kutcheris.com/schedule.php
In that link you also have a capability to filter the artist and also the sabha . You can also get the Nalli book which will be available from Nov end onwards which can be quite handy .

I think Ram and co must have been busy with other things over this summer, as kutcheries.com has not carried as much advance info as previously.

Hopefully they will bring the site back to full life in time for December. It has been the best, not only for information, but for functionality, with, eg, easy addition to Google Calendar (which means it gets synced to my phone and to my Firefox/Lightning calender).

There's an app too :)
