Chennai, you have it all!
A galaxy of stars there, but each will be on stage for as much as it takes for the crackers to explode--they will appear for a tiny bit of time and disappear! Still, sounds exciting.
Some typo, I guess--look at Shashank's slot! Will he have time even to get on the stage and pick one of his flutes and play?

Re: DEEPAVALI BONANZA BY PAALAM.
I watched the program on Sunday, October 19, 2014. It appears to be a KADAMBAM indeed of DRIED flowers ! It must have been a hodgepodge of excerpts from earlier programs, except perhaps the one by Priya Sisters. The next program on 10/22 also appears to be a jumble of excerpts from earlier programs. I don't believe the artists would come personally for less than 10 minutes of performance. I am not looking at the mouth of a gift horse ( 0r cow in Tamil parlance = dAnam koduththa mAdu ) ; but feel that it could have been better to present fewer but longer items. At least there will be one full length concert by Malladi Brothers on the 22nd. HAPPY DEEPAVALI TO ALL RASIKAS.
