The ever charming Ramakrishnan Murthy conquered the hearts of raiskas at Swami’s Hall with his wonderful concert.
His riveting tempo that he kept and the flow of creative patterns during the neraval as well as kalpanaswaras, pointed towards the musical talent of this great vocalist possess whose fans increasing day by day. The venue was over flowing and many rasikas were seen standing and listening.
His expansive treatment of paahi jagat janani -Vachaspathi , the major raga of the evening, the best renditions of this concluding day of the Vizha While Vizhikku Thunai sloka in Ragamalika was with divine filled.

He enjoyed excellent support from Rajeev on the violin . and the well coordinated “thani” by Vijay B Natesan( Mirudangam) Chandrasekra Sharma (Ghatam) was just amazing.

Vivid imagination and the ability to reify it on stage made RKM's concert a marvelous experience. Comparisons to KVN do not seem far fetched at all.

He also sang most charanams of pavamana as part of the mangalam capping a week long wonderful Amrithadwani vizha.
