When I googled I found that "Gigya", one of the sites that requests for access, was hacked in November (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gigya). Can any one let me know if it is now safe to use the facility provided by DIna Malar. Thanks in anticipation.

I purchased a 30 day subscription at <Rs 600, at isailive.dinamalar.com.I downloaded the Android app. Today is the first day, but I find the interface bad, the functionality poor and the access to the archive absent. I escalated to the folks but they had no clue.
The website is full of ticker tapes and ads and honestly highly irritating.
I intend to revisit this thing tomorrow and will report progress if any.

Log in is thru' a variety of options. I used FB.
If you click on some concert links, it is free. For others like Abhishek etc. you have to pay. They have different packages. You can pay in USD or ₹.
I only reported my actual experience. It was lousy.

I have subscribed using my FB log-in for a 30 day coverage of the maargazhi season live casts and VOD.

First of all thank you for arranging this, and the rich offering of many good concerts.

However I wish to state the following issues:
Log in via my Android app (which I downloaded from Playstore) is VERY buggy. I just can’t go to the concert I want to watch and the screen is all messed up.
The Dinamalar screen is all in Tamil. If you wish to reach a no-Tamil audience, you need an English screen too. (same with your Tamil RSS feed/notifications…)
I was taken to the payment portal and I made my payment through PayUMoney and got confirmation from [email protected]
I get asked repeatedly on my Android screen for the sign-in.
The screenshot of my Macbook Pro desktop given above shows how cluttered and distracting the screen is. There are FAR TOO MANY ADVERTISEMENTS and distractions.
The video play box is buggy. There are no forward and cue controls.
The video and audio quality is good.
The concert I logged into is perhaps VOD.
It starts with Krishna Nee begane, goes on to Karnaranjani Tillana, then Natakurinji varnam, then Vallabha Nayakasya…there is obviously a fold-over of the video and this needs a fix.
All in all a very disappointing experience.
Please fix the issues so I can enjoy my subscription and the great musical content on your site.

He has a beautiful flow of ideas and sounds very engaging. A true raga delineation and shows his "vocal" temperament. Best wishes!
