Today's Dina Thanthi ((Daily Telegraph) has a review of S Mahathi's concert by Harikesanallur Venkataraman.
The review's title was She is not just a playback singer, she is a front-line singer.
He rates her among the Top 10 musicians today and ended the review with the prediction that the day is not far off when she will become the Number One musician.
Considering that Sri Venkataraman is an astrologer as well, maybe his prediction will come true!

S.Mahathi's concert in Mudhra was top notch. Kaddanuvariki and a Ranjani RTP with ragamalika swaras in other Ranjanis. Watch the webcast.
