There is a song here but it is in Telugu script. There are two songs of Annamacharya that start with the same words. Not sure if this is the one you requested.

It's this one (except the rAgam is in valaji in this case but that's not relevant):
Just FYI, it sounds like Dr. Pantula Rama sings "Shiramuna muDavaga" instead of "Shirasuna muDavaga"
There may be other variations also...

Thank you for this. I understand this is a shringara krithi. I was not aware Annamayya composed like this.

Re: Lyrics & Translation of "Kanta Emi" by annamAchArya
SrI Annamacharya composed in many genres: everyone is familiar with the bhakti padams made famous by Smt. MSS. He also composed on philosophical themes like brahmam okaTE, and some folk melodies.
But, a bulk of his compositions are set in the divine bedchamber of his beloved lord of the seven hills....he describes alamElumangA dancing to entice her lord (alaralu kuriyaga, tIrO tIrO javarAla etc.), and also some stylized erotic poetry as well...for example, palukutenela talli describes how her hand maidens find a disheveled alamElumangA still asleep after what was clearly a night of passionate lovemaking.
Sarangapani, the other composer of Telugu erotic poetry was very explicit in his language, and his compositions are set in a courtesan's bedchamber. Kshetrayya, the third in this group, was somewhere between the refined tones of Annamayya, and the explicit coarseness of SArangapANi.
