Sorry, I totally missed this post. There are several masters in this forum who know better than me and so I don't think I can add much value here. You are spot on, though. After May 1st week or so, crowd goes down in the US (school finals/graduation and then summer vacation) all the way to end of August/Sept 1st week. So the best times for the US are usually in 2 seasons - Spring: March to early May, and Fall:Sept/Oct/Early November. late November is a bit tough for two reasons - bad weather in east coast and end of november all artists want to go back to Chennai - for the Kutcheri season!

There are artists like salem shriram , Trichy sankaran , you can bring in to California from June to Aug - it is bone dry in summer at LA. Bring a summer season in california.

We would love to, Rajesh. But our data shows a substantial hit in audience, even for brand names between end of May and August. Also it seems to be a popular time for Arangetrams - either in US or in India for some families. Not many locations are willing to have concerts during this time either.
If it is a hard sell it doesn't work. All of us (at least most) in this forum want to maximize the audience for these concerts, and so timing is important as well.
