Hai kindly suggest any university which have degree or pg distance courses in Carnatic music which can be utilised by students in gulf countries...

Are you living in Gulf? If you want to learn then you have to visit the university once in a while for contact classes usually. I do not think there are any online degrees as of now.

The Tamil Nadu Music & Fine Arts University lets you enroll as a "private student". The requirements are 15 days of face-time at the university. I am not sure the rest of the time there is any on-line teaching. You are on your own as far as learning is concerned.

Madras University offers such courses in a very convenient way to the students. You can try there. Also this is one of the most reputed Universities and so it definitely adds value.
