It was a torrent of music fit for the monsoon season. From start to finish there was an outpouring of musical ideas
in an easy free flowing manner with the selection of songs matching the mood. There were a couple of outstanding
neravals (Lathangi, Mohanam) that drew spontaneous applause from the audience. Nadopasana deserves special kudos for
presenting this artiste. Hope we get to hear her more often.

It is a pity a good artiste like Vasudha Keshav with great musical background, history, and abilities is not properly recognised. Another case of the superficial way artists are recognised even by the so called great Madras sabhas tho' she moved to madras long time ago.I am glad CLEVELAND has used her expertise in Her EXCELLENT TEACHING capabilities in Sustaining Sampradhaya where she has trained countless number of students from all over the world.....It is sickening to say the least......VKV

A good artist from mysore - i have heard her on a couple of occassions.
I found her vocal articulation not much to my liking sometimes though.
But good music fundamentally.

Thank you all for mohanam neraval in nannu pALimpa. There are few concerts that I attended where nannu palimpa did not have neraval unlike say mohana rama always having a neraval when taken up as main.
SureshVV - I am assuming vasuda kesav took the same line as neraval in karamuna.

Have heard her many times on AIR BLR (but never attended a full fledged concert). One could easily make out that she was legions ahead of the normal fare that is doled out from AIR Blr. Her younger brother Radhesh is a good mridangam artist.
