I find many interesting concerts scheduled at Unnati, one of the great venues in Bangalore, this Aug/Sep 2015. The brochure is linked here:

The concerts are free, the ambiance is good and there is air conditioning.

I also found this interview of Mr Ramesh Swamy, the organiser, in the Saamagaana magazine articulate and valid from my point of view!
I hope to attend at least a few concerts ( I am travelling from 1 Sep )

Obviously an excellent schedule of concerts for two weeks. I wish I could be there, but it is not possible, regretfully. Wish good listening to those who are fortunate enough to attend.

A very important announcement. This is hot off the presses. Owing to unforeseen circumstances, the venue for the series scheduled at Unnati, Bangalore has been shifted to Odukathur Mutt, near the Ulsoor Lake. This is a temple precinct where SGBS Trust used to hold their concerts earlier. The schedule, as far as I know, remains unchanged. This is confirmed information, and Unnati are informing all their contacts through Email and FB.
