It was an Extraordinary concert by Aishwarya for Her Great Grand Mother Dr. Smt.M.S.Subbulakshmi Centennial Celebration at Madurai in the Lakshmi Sundaram Hall
I travelled back from Chennai to my hometown Madurai for this historic concert. The first by Aishwarya in Madurai.
Through her Beautiful Bowli awakened the Souls present in the Auditorium.
The Rendition of Poorvi Kalyani was sure a Decoration to Madurai Meenakshi, through Her Nereval at the Lines “Madurapuri Nilayae Manivalayae” Aishwarya turned the whole place to a Divine Sanctum. Her Swara Sanjarams projected her confidence on Raagam Crystal Clear .
Vasantha and Khamas spoke the Strength of Her Paadandharam.
The Main Raga stole the Hearts of Rasikas. “Shankarabharanam” was really the Precious Abharanam Aishwarya presented for her Great Grand Mother. The Powerful Raga Alapana brought Applauses from Rasikas, especially whe she hit the Gandhara effortlessly and in perfect Sruti. Nereval at “Sama Gana Vinodhini” placed a mark on all Hearts that sure all must have immersed pleasantly on Aishwarya Gnanam. The Kalpana Swarams shows her Creativity has no Boundaries carrying all in the Travel of Swara Sanjaram. She did Sancharas in the Mel Gandharam just like MS Amma used to do. On the whole the Master piece of the Concert was Extaordinary.
The Brindavana Saranga, Yamuna Kalyani and Peelu brought Lord Venkateshwara in the form of Ranganaathan, Bala Gopalam and Yadunathan before the eyes of Rasikas.
The Effective Nadanamakriya Vrutham brought a Divine Goosebumps with Tears on eyes of Rasikas when the real meaning of Vallalar followed by Muthu Taandavar Words touch the Heart.
The whole Mood of Auditorium was turned to a True Philosophical Vibrations filled Environment on the Annamaiyaas Revathi.
A Concert is incomplete without Aishwarya Rendering the Heart Touching Ragamalika that reached every nook and corner of the World penned by Rajaji.
Her Maithreem Bhajatha projected that Paramchaarya is residing on Heart of this Great Grand Daughter of MSS and showering His Blessings All along.
From The Dhyanam Slokam to Mangalam Aishwarya captured the Attention of Every Soul in the Auditorium just like The Herd freeze to Venuganam. On the whole the Rasikas were taken to a totally a different Era.
At Every possible point of the Concert Aishwarya proved Her Creativity, Hard Saadhakam, Perfect Paadantharam. The Concert must sure have Made Soul of M.S.Amma feel Proud.
Her Swara Sanjarams and Creativity in Raaga Alapana shows how dedicatedly she must have learned from Radha Amma
Accompanying Artists V.V.Ravi , Kalladikuruchi Sivakumar and H Sivaramakrishnan have given a great support to the Artist.The whole Team was in Full Spirit throughout the Concert.
Not just the Rasikas, one could find Accompanist Shri.H.Sivaramakrishnan enjoying the Concert and encouraging the Vidushi!
After the concert Rasikas thronged her. “MS has come back to Madurai” said an old rasika who had seen the legend perform in the temple city.
Ms.Shobhana Ramachandran,scion of the TVS family (which has close ties with the MS Amma family) was there through out the concert.

To Note, This concert was a bless for me , to not just Listen to Aishwarya as a Rasika but to immerse in her Music as a Tanpura Accompanist. Sitting close to Aishwarya made me forget my presence and start travelling in the World of Music along with the Artist.
Noteworthy to mention how dedicated was my Co-Tanpura Player was. Manjunatha Anna from Bengaluru was so keen on not just playing the Instrument but to check now and then with the Shruthi and keeping the Artist undistracted and maintaining the Vibration constant throughout!
