Hi..Rasika.org..I am just a baby member from yesterday and feel have found anew dimension to my Carnatic (Lost in Touch) Music. I was trained from my mother and Vidwan Chinthanapalli Krishnamurthy and Vidwan Ramesh around 15 years back and with my responsibility and work pressure was unable to continue on the same. I was just looking to get back in touch and Rasika.org fullfilled this role. Tx for the effort behind. All the best..

The name Chintanapalli reminds me of an evening in jp nagar bangalore at the residence of one of the family members.
All the kids in the family were rounded up for singing , during my visit to their home. Full , open throated and brilliantly devoted ( to their style) of singing . It was a mind boggling treat .It was so heartening that this schools identity was being preserved and nurtured .
Orthodox to the core , minor shades of differences in handling of familar(to me ) krithis gave me goosebumps. Just like the Chittor school does.

Many Happy Returns to Rasikas. Thanks to Srikris, VasanthaKokilam and the others we have a CM community where we can discuss CM in depth. . We get insight of the Music world and the artists. We hear about the old time artists like GNB, Ariyakkudi, Madurai Mani, as well as todays young artists like Amrita Murali, Sikkil Gurucharan, Ramakrishnamurthy etc. We get to listen to rare, old concerts uploaded by rasikas and todays Margazhi Utsavam concerts. Thanks to all the moderators and participants. I am proud to be a part of this organization.
