What a wonderful trio . Just heard the link as i have a lot of abhimanam for ananta and sundar(the deadly duo). I didnot know about mannargudi vasudevan (whose looks and hairstyle bit resembles shoaib akhtar, the deadly pacer from pakistan) .

I read about this concert in MV's thread, and here you are! Laya SUnyam I may well be, but how much this concert appealed to me! Mannargudi Vasudevan is so good. I hear the beat not as beats but jatis which sing.
Anantha's as well, being reminiscent of PMI--kODaiyiDi, gentle thunder...
Sundar Kumar added to the the display of such fine laya, and it all came together beautifully.
Once again, Shashikiran, take a bow...
