A Memorable Concert not just for the Artist and Her entourage but also for the teeming number of rasikas.
The Committee member of the TTD Sravanam (Chennai) Sri.ASN Sathyanarayana introduced the Artists of the Evening and did mention that, The TTD Sravanam auditorium was inaugurated by Bharat Ratna Smt.M.S.Subbulakshmi many decades ago.
Post which innumerable Concerts have been given by eminent and top ranking Artists every year, but this was the first time ever that any Artist has been given a dias very next to Lord Balaji's Kamal Paadham – (Sanctum Sanctorum) to
perform a full length kutcheri
This was because there were some technical glitches in the Auditorium and TTD did not want Aishwarya’s concert to be postponed or cancelled.
As Sri Sathyanarayan put it much to the rasikas delight, maybe the Lord wanted to see MSS’s Grand daughter perform right in front of him !
I personally felt that some where from the heavens Smt.M.S. Subbulakshmi is Blessing Her “Torch Bearer" S.Aishwarya .
The Concert begun with an awakening Bowli followed by the Famous Gowlipantu. Aishwarya beautifully sang the
Charanam at both Sthayis easily.
It was like Hearing to Her Grand Mother Radha Amma supporting MS Amma.
The main was Shanmugapriya. As part of the Family Asset this Raga was demonstrated prominently sangathi from sangathi. Her neraval at "Chathura muhuruthi" projected
her level of understanding of the Composition just like her Paatandhara.The Kalpana Swarams were beautified with amazingly creative korvais.
No doubt she owned this Main Raga of the Day.
With short Kamas Raga , "Dolayam" followed by Aishwarya's ever mark BrindavanaSaranga of Muthuswamy Dikshitar filled the place in moment of Vaikunta.
Aishwarya and Saundarya together brought the Vibration through the ever Green Yamuna Kalyani, Kuntala Varali and Kurinji Ragams and Hamsanandhi.
As a whole, the Concert was sure a "Mark of Vishnu" to mark this memorable day for the Rasikas to hear the concert and also have darshan of the Lord at the same time .
Saundarya was real enery booster and a great Vocal Support for Aishwarya.
Sandeep Ramachandran and Kumaresh were of Great Support to the Singers.
I wish Aishwarya to move to Great Heights in this Field of Shashtriya and Bhakthi Sangeeth
