Jayanthi Kumaresh @ MA 26/12/15
I hope someone will post a full list. As the wonderful refrains of the magic wafted, I couldn't be bothered to note anything. Beautiful Goulai and a spectacular Shanmukhapriya, I heard a couple of days ago in a lecdem that veena artistes are notorious for their poor thalam sense. JK is clearly the exception that proves the rule. She played her KS with the gay abandon of a Vocalist who has the luxury of beating his own thalam. As I said elsewhere, I could go home on that concert but for a few more on my wishlist

1. Kambhodi Adi tala varnam
2. Sri Mahaganapathiravathumam - Gowlai - Misra Chapu
3. Amma Ravamma - Kalyani - Khanda Chapu
4. Mayamma - Nattakurinji - Adi
5. ati Kathura - Manoranjani -Adi
6. RTP - Shanmukhapriya -Tisra Triputa. I think the eduppu was at samam. She didn't sing out the Pallavi.

Some unidentifiable tukkadas. The second one was in Dwijavanthi.
Sindhubhairavi - Chandrasekhara Eesa.

Cienu,
Thanks! I cannot believe I did not figure it out myself (well, I had not had my morning coffee yet!).
I was looking for something that can be abbreviated to KS within the text MV had written in her thread opener!

very nice concert, enjoyed every bit of it... those lovely jarus in shanmukhapriya... nattakurunji was very soothing... she also played behag thillana... loved it... pallavi could have been little more detailed... she had plenty of time...
