AIR classical channel Raagam on phone & TV

Downloaded the Android app All India Radio Live. Lots of channels stream on the phone including Raagam the new 6AM-midnight ONLY classical music 65% CM 35% HM. Good audio quality (FM++). Should be available also TV (only audio...) once your service provider loads it up.

Hope they start putting ticker tape info on what's playing and what's next.

Earlier I was having Dish TV connection and in that we used to get many AIR channels (audio only) like AIR Malayalam, AIR Tamil etc . AIR Ragam was there also where throughout the day where we could listen to CM (I don't remember whether there HM). Now I am having Airtel and it is not there in this package. Then what is new in his AIR channel, I don't understand.

it is all new content and programming. Right now you need to get an app on your phone to listen to the channel. DTH operators like Airtel and TataSky will also offer it soon.

You have a Playstore for Android. Similarly a place where you download apps for iOS. And Windows.
Go to that store.
Search for All India Radio Live. Download it. (It is free.)

(You can also play the channels on any PC connected to the net:
http://allindiaradio.gov.in/default.aspx)

Then search for Raagam in the list of many stations streamed via that app.
Click on it.
Then the screen looks like the picture shown. The music will play through.
