What I can parse from the singing (he sings it at the beginning of every session I think, and so does Ramakrishnan Murthy, his student

sadguru-gajAsya-vanI-caraNa-yugAmbhOruhEShu
madhRdayaM satataM dwirEphalIlAM
karuNAmakarandalipsayAtanutAM
May the Sadguru, Ganesha and Saraswati ( a composite prayer this is) allow my heart to sport at the lotus feet like a bee, and give it/feed it the nectar of its grace. ( as the lotus gives nectar to the bee)
This could be a shloka composed by the Sringeri Mahawamiji.
