Nisha will always prepare meticulously the song list and presents with considerable spread of all composers and language . Keep it up Nisha

Jayan-Braindrain,
The viruththam is Nal En Seiyum - Kandhar Alangaram , many many musicians as far as Nisha great grandfather /Grandmother era have sung it.
By any chance after the last bit of shivaranjani in viruththam she may have gone to brindavani .Nisha may have sang kaliyuga varadhan- brindavani- Periasami Thooran. There is a slight chance you may have mistaken brindavani for shivaranjani due to not having dinner on time :) . Lji- possibly there is another song kaliyuga mUrtiyAya in shivaranjani/misra shivaranjani , you can use toronto connection and let us know what nisha sang along with the composer?

Rajeshnat:
Song was very much Kaliyuga moorthiyai. (Not kaliyuga varadhan kaN kanda deivamai) At the end of the concert, I checked with Nisha about the composer. She said that she herself did not know. Some one sang and she picked it up. But well presented. You are right about the virutham. NaaL en seyyum. I have heard it by past performers as seyum, to add a slight beauty. Overall the concert was excellent. Full hall. Sudhindra particularly appreciated the music system operator. He was all concentration while doing his job.
