Yes, young rasikAs like Badari are vara Prasada for CM.

When I met Rajesh a decade ago, I realized how good old CM had brought in intense rasikAs into the fold when I was shipwrecked as it were, living planets away (or so it seemed) from the CM scene.

Like Rajesh, I came to know Badari in recent times. You have to experience their zeal first hand, to know their ardor. They will go through endless trouble to be there to listen to music (work, family also being very much their concern).

Juggling music with the other two essential ingredients of life--family and vocation--they represent in an active way the intense love many of us have for CM.

With the month-long Ramanavami celebrations in full swing, Badari travels across traffic-snarled Bengaluru thirty five kms to listen to Jayanthi and Kumaresh!

Rajesh and Badari--two different kinds of rasikAs, but in their ardor, one. There are many others of course, and may there be more Sachi, Varsha from the forum and others who silently contribute their all, like Lakshman come to mind.
