kayilai Ishan - The lord of Kailasa
(gangai)nIrAr shaDai - with matted locks filled with the water of Ganga
annai kAdil Odiya - spoke into the ears of Mother (Parvati)
mukti neri iduvenru - saying "this is the way to Mukti"

Is this a true episode from the Puranas where Siva tells Parvati that Rama Namam is the way for Mukti? Never heard of this story.
Siva peruman is a great Mappillai who is praising his brother in law (Narayana) to his wife Parvati. Usually that never happens !

In the end of the Vishnu Sahasranama there are shlokas where Parvati asks Shiva "Is there a way to chant these 1000 names easily?" and He replies that chanting Rama nama thrice is equal to chanting the 1000 names of Vishnu!
