In a recording of a 1999 kutcheri (available on Sangeethapriya), Sanjay Subrahmanyan sings a song in Behag beginning "Vina vada nuta paripalaya mam." It seems to be in Sanskrit (so my break-up of words is very likely incorrect). I've not been able to obtain information about this piece after the usual web search. Could someone help?

This song, at sangeethapriya, clearly indicates that it is an RTP in mOhana.

Vina Vadanuta follows the Mohanam RTP but is definitely not part of it as can be confirmed by listening to both songs.
