I have heard very few sing with such finesse, bereft of the usual raucousness in CM that goes by the name of "gnyanam" .

Amrutha Venkatesh is one such but this is not her.

Therefore the only other name that comes to mind is the late (God bless her soul!) Ranjani Hebbar.

The time signature ( my pet theme ) indicates a well grounded southern artiste. My Guess is within my zone of familiarity of voices - and I may be grossly wrong from melodic angle!
