I have verified with a few persons who have confirmed that there are many kritis like this with thyagaraja mudra and the particular kriti is not to be found in TSP's book.Hence, we need to confirm this with some musicologists. The other kriti purpoted to be that of Veenai Kuppaier also needs to be verified. After all. we Rasikas, need to contribute atlest on such matters of aythenticity with our efforts. The confusion in authorship may lead to to the kriti being avoided by musicians, however great the kriti may be otherwise.
