Nice.
"One moment of failure cannot define a career in music ." Well said. Her attitude to mistakes, intense practice and taking risks undaunted by mistakes, is mature.
Where is the concert on 23rd and when?

The concert will be at Ganjam Kalyana mandapam,
Bull Temple Road, Basavangudi. This is being organised by Sri Ram Prasad of Sree Rama Seva Mandali.
With regard to the timing etc I will post in Event Announcements shortly

My suggestion would be to reduce the number of concerts in the music season by 50%. This would mean that the rasikas do not spread themselves too thin. And this would also put pressure on the younger artists to raise the level of their music whenever they get an opportunity.
Very mature in her thinking!
I would add,
Reduce the star concerts by 50%, present more youngsters with some prior information to listeners to make better choices in the busy days

Aishwarya's maturity in her thinking doesn't surprise me. Even as a twelve year old, she was impressive on that count :)
