Excessive brigas here and there but overall good extensive kalyani sub main alapanai. My prediction is Syama Sastri varuvaar. Paappom!
Violin very subdued and melodiously nice. Avar potta kaayaththukku marundhu maadiri.

Nanmaiyum selvamum vrittam - varamu - Saga varam arulvaai - Mahakavi Bharathiar. I suppose song is full of swaraksharams Sa Ga, Ma Ga etc.
He is trying to articulate the words clearly and doing it a bit too much.

Did some extra tala based sangatis at madhyama kalam samashti charanam lines. Nice. Now swaras @ same line Tara manthrinyadi parivrutam. Nasamani so beautiful. He is singing swaras well with bhava aspect.

But he is bringing out some slow paced flat notes - to create meditative vedic chanting effect. He accomplished what he was trying to do- the effect was great.

Nice to hear Kasturi - I wish I was there for the concert especially to move on from balagopala to sunaadavinodhini pallavi. He is a brilliant singer . How long was the concert? Thank you for the review
