Word-by-word

abhayāmbāyāṃ - In abhaya-ambā (the mother who dispels fear)
bhaktiṃ - homage
karomi - i perform
sat-cit-ānanda rūpāyāṃ - (who is) in the form of existence, knowledge and bliss
sva-svarūpāyāṃ - (who is) in the form of the self
śrī - auspicious one

vibhavādi - greatness, fortune and so on
vitaraṇa - giving away
nipuṇa - skilled
mantriṇyāṃ - (in her who is) wise
vijaya - victory
kāraṇa - causing
nipuṇa-tara - expertise
daṇḍinyāṃ - in protection

viyadādi - The sky and so on
bhūta - natural elements
kiraṇa-mālinyām - garlanded with the rays
vikalpa - delusions
haraṇa - destroyer
nipuṇa - expert at
śūlinyām - bearer of the śūla (trident)

abheda - absence of difference (advaitam)
pratipāditāyāṃ = she who manifested
ādi guruguha - the first guru (skanda)
veditāyāṃ - (the one who) made known
sabheśa - The lord (īśa) of the sabhā (stage), naṭarājā
modita - pleasing
naṭanāyāṃ - the one who dances
sāyujya-prada - bestowal of the merger (with the supreme)
caraṇāyām - in the feet

In her, who is expert at removing delusions, the bearer of the trident (śūla)

In her, who manifested advayam, and taught it to skanda

srkris' version is crisp and elegant. Just to add to the discussion, here is another version. The meanings are given for each compound word and not word-by-word. Hope this too will help.

sat-cit-Ananda rUpAyAM - the embodiment of existence-awareness-bliss,
sva-svarUpAyAM - the one established in her real self,

vibhava-Adi vitaraNa nipuNa mantriNyAM - Goddess Mantrini, adept at bestowing wealth,
vijaya kAraNa nipuNa-tara daNDinyAm - Goddess Dandini, adept at causing victory,
viyat-Adi bhUta kiraNa - the one who radiates out as the five elements beginning with the sky,
mAlinyAM - the one wearing garlands,
vikalpa haraNa nipuNa - the one adept at removing (perception of) variations,
SUlinyAm - the one holding a trident,
abhEda pratipAditAyAM - the one understood through (the principle of) absence of distinctions,

This is the seventh of Abhayamba Vibhakti Kriti, in the seventh Vibhakti
The goddesses Mantrini and Dandini are the minister and army-commander of the Supreme Goddess, but are also her own manifestations and so identified with her.
