abhayAmbA nAyaka – O lord of Goddess Abhayamba,
harisAyaka - O one who has Vishnu as arrow(while destroying the Tripuras),
AtmarUpa prakAshaka – O one who shines in the form of the self(within all creatures),
ava ava – protect, protect (me)!

A:
ubhayAtmaka prapaHnca prakAsha - O one who shines as the universe which is of the nature of duality(sentient and insentient etc.)
dhIMkAra svarUpAvakAshaka – O one whose form permeates the “Dheem” mantra,
shubhakara - O causer of auspiciousness!
kAvErI tIrasthita – O resident of the banks of River Kaveri,
sundara – O handsome one!
gaurImAyUranAtha – O lord of (the city of) Gauri-mayuram (Mayiladuthurai)

C:
nAgaliHNga bhaktAbhISTaprada – O giver of desired things to the devotee Nagalinga,
nAdabindu kalArUpAspada – O seat of the principles of Nada, Bindu and Kala!
AgamAdisannuta – O one celebrated by the Vedas and other scriptures,

That is uncertain territory , Ravi. I would rather leave technical terms of Yoga Shastra alone. Only practitioners can explain them.
