Palladam Ravi was good throughout the concert but when comes to Sanjay’s “tAlam change” during his pallavi, he could not get hold of it. He just stopped for a while and told him. But it was not successful. Sanjay came back to his usual “beats” and completed the pallavi.

Varadharajan, who accompanied Guruchaaran at NGS – (4 PM concert) rushed and joined this concert as a spectator.

What a crowd ? No seats, standing and plastic chairs. Only heads…all happening in MA. No one moved till Maand kriti.

Saturday night concert, All roads lead to MA for SS. Interestingly, today’s concert at NGS at 4 PM is already full. NGS has fixed the price as 1200, 500,300 and 200 and even Rs. 1200, no ticket.

I think he has been performing continuously, Saturday- Music Academy, Sunday-Krishna gana sabha, Monday-at Velachery, today at NGS. Let God give energy to this great entertainer of CM.

Each and every kriti was “agmArk” quality. His Thyagaraja kriti in darbAr was a surprise to me as Malladi brothers sings this more often. Famous GNB’s Dikshitar kriti of :maragadha". I thought he would take “rAsA vilAsa” as the violin repeated this twice. But sanjay took Dikshitar kriti to have space for RTP. Well planned.

Nagai Sriram is like hanuman. Growing big concert by concert. Today also, in NGS, he is accompanying. Great going NS !

GRS sir, you must have been satisfied about the ragams here compared to Bharat Kalachar.

His kambhoji Ragam and Kalyani composition was good good.

I don't know what he rendered in the form of nereval. He ended up singing the entire song for neveral in different speeds. Not sure though. It was not appealing at all.

Even I heard the same from few of my friends - that it was a noisy affair.
But then, I am no big fan of SS - so didn't miss much.
