His thodi rtp was good. He presented that in Misra Nadai. It's complex to sing. And he delivered well. I simple love his confidence and extempore sangatis.

I kinda did not find his jambupathey very appealing and he was unable to touch right notes.

And I couldn't identify the raga of his last piece.

Bharat Sundar deserves a slot in Nadasurabhi's annual programme rather than a monthly slot.

I was fortunate to hv attended this much talked about concert of Bharat Sundar in MA. I'm not a review writer of CM. But as a music lover with basic knowledge, it was one of the best concerts i hv recently heard from the new generation singers. The confidence with which he has taken up such a complex pallavi to sing at a prestigious stage like MA is highly commendable. Its sheer hard work and dedication that made it look like a simple pallavi to the entire audience who gathered there who appreciated and enjoyed every moment of it. He was at ease and that made even the audience to feel comfortable to interact with him during the concert on couple of occasions which is rarely seen in other MA concerts ...

When the whole music fraternity is talking about this extraordinary RTP and bestowing Bharat Sundar with praises and wishes, its very unfortunate that not a single good detailed review is written about it in this forum. Other than a few comments on a parampara webcast recording or about a concert in a not so popular venue like Ram Rao kala Mantap, none of his concerts at , otherwise regularly reviewed sabhas , like KGS, BGS, Parthasarthi sabha etc, gets a mention in this forum. As per reviews in other social media, he is a singer who is looked upon with a lot of expectations in this season, who is in great form. The violinist Sampath Narayanan, being a non Chennaite, getting appreciation from the audience was something very encouraging to watch. Music definitely does not hv language though...Sumesh Narayanan too deserves a word of appreciation for his tremendous support.

All the very best to the entire team...looking forward to more such concerts...
