Two sishya's behind SV, I can identiy Brinda Manikavasagam[with tambura], don't know the other. Brinda chipped in for PK.
Not heard the AB or Khamas krithi before, very nice. Google says, SSI tuned the AB krithi - wow, the the amount of krithis SSI has tuned. Manaseeka namaskarams to that maha vidwan. The Khamas outline gave me goosebumps. The PK alapana was excellent, I was expecting Meenakshi Memudam, but what a pleasant surprise. I've only heard Marachitivemo once from Maharajapuram Santhanam [accompanied by MSG] and what a brilliant one that was, though no neraval IIRC. You can find the concert in Sangeethapriya. Not heard the violinist before, bale. Bale Bale to Balaji, sowkhyam.
