Buying a Veena from Saptaswara in Chennai

To Vainikas, I will be going from Bangalore to pick up a veena from Saptaswara Musicals, Chennai. I have not learned the veena and plan to. I would not know to check on anything while I pick this up, would anybody in Chennai be willing to accompany to buy this ?
