can someone provide the meaning of Sri Tiger's Arabhi varnam

annamE = Oh beautiful damsel
aravAbharaNanai = the one who wears a snake (aravam) as an ornament (AbharaNanai) aka Siva
azhaittu vA = (please) bring him along
vEgamadAi = without delay
Oh beautiful damsel, please make haste and bring my lord Siva, adorned with snakes to me without any delay...
ponnambalattE = in the ponnambalam (chidambaram) - tEdaTra tillaiyilE ponnambalam kanDAN - the kUttambalam in chidambaram is called the golden/ponn ambalam
kALiyuDan = with kALi (pArvatI)
naTamiDum = (the one) who dances
shivakAmi nEsanai = the lover/lord of sivakAmi (pArvati)
Anupallavi gives the tOzhi the address of the Lord - He, the lord of Goddess sivakAmi who dances with kALi (keeping time - it is believed that when they stop dancing the world with come to an end) in chidambaram - please bring him to me, dear friend...

ambalam is an open space, and kUttu = dance/drama etc...a theater - however, these words are also used for the natarAja temple in chidambaram, because Siva is the cosmic dancer
kUttu was the ancient tamizh word for dance (the precusor of modern day bharatanATyam), and the Lord of Chidambaram was called kUttan. naTarAja, and naTESan, and sabhESan are considered by some to be sanskritized names for the lord of dance.
bharatanATyam was known as kUttu (in Bharati Dasan's dES composition, 'tunbam nErgayil yAzh eDuttu nI', he asks - tamizh kUttin murayinAl ADi kATTa mATTAyA? - will you not show it through the idiom of tamizh dance - aka bharatanATyam), and later on sadir (ANDAL describes, sadir iLa mangayar - young dancers in her dream), and then dAsiATTam because the dEvadAsIs were the dancers. In the 1930s, during it's revival, E. Krishna Iyer and Rukmini Devi Arundale are credited with having come up with the name bharata-nATyam bha from bhAva, ra from rAga, and ta from tALa - emotion, melody and rythm, the pillars of any dance form. nATyam technically means theater, but they took some liberty there...
