Saveri was out of the world today . Even the atana , thodi . And brindavana saranga was exotic .
A few words about RV Amma's music :
As Stephen Fry put it :

I thought of updating live but since I didn't get my back up battery charger, I wanted to save my phone charge till the end of the day. Everyone who has posted above have already spoken about the concert. Saveri was simply y superb and the then hemavathi swaram was scholarly. I don't even know if I am qualified enough to talk about mami's music. All I can say is blessed were those who attended the concert yesterday and I consider it as a blessing to even see her perform. Vintage scholarly presentation at its best. What sowkhyam in music and as a listener you experience that to the fullest.

Sad that I won't be able to attend the concert on 25th . Would be in Bangalore that time . Would be listening to Ashwini Bhide Deshpande at SPICMACAY.
