Sir,
I am tempted to have a go at it. But prefer that you give me a context. Where did you get this? Share the page, audio or video.

Re: Meaning request for a phrase Sanskrit
sir,
I went through the song!
01 - namastE_hayavadana - kAnaDa - srIrangam_srImad_ANDavan_svamigal
I have transliterated using IAST here:
namaste hayavadana namaste hayavadana |p|
deśikādi-budha-pujitapuṇya
dehi me deva jñānaṃ vāgīśvara |ap|
ṛgvedarūpa ṛṇājñānavāraka
jñānānandamaya parama puruṣa
namaste namaste guṇaste namaḥ
samaste jagati kaḥ puruṣo bhavati |c|
This prayer is to Lord Hayagreeva, the originator and giver of ALL knowledge according to Sri Vaishnava philosophy. The composer is the Swamiji of Srirangam.
I give you the meaning:
namaste hayavadana - I bow down to you, Oh Lord with the face of a horse (Hayagreeva)!
deśikādi-budha-pujitapuṇya - You are the Auspicious Lord worshipped by Vedanta Deshika and other wise/learned people..
dehi me deva jñānaṃ vāgīśvara - Please give me, Oh Lord, knowledge, Oh Lord of all Learning (Speech=Vedas=All knowledge)
ṛgvedarūpa ṛṇājñānavāraka - The Embodiment of Rig veda, the remover of the remnant of ignorance,
jñānānandamaya parama puruṣa - You're full of (The reservoir of) bliss coming from knowledge=wisdom, the ultimate Lord (this is a key concept in Bhagavadgita - refer Ch.15)
namaste namaste guṇaste namaḥ - I bow down to you. I bow down to you, the whole world is a manifestation of your attributes, Oh Lord, I bow down to you,
samaste jagati kaḥ puruṣo bhavati - in this whole creation, who can become You?
This composition highlights the import of Bhagavadgita Chapter 15. Key shlokas are:
https://vedabase.io/en/library/bg/15/17/
https://vedabase.io/en/library/bg/15/18/
The Swamiji is conveying essentially the core concept of Sri Vasihnavism, which is 100% aligned to the teaching of the Bhagavadgita.
God manifests as everything in this world through His creation (that is His power), God is the source of all knowledge and experience. God is Paramapurusha=Ishwara and is above and beyond His creation.

Re: Meaning request for a phrase Sanskrit
Some additions based on what I could hear and make out :
namaste namaste puṇaste namaḥ - Salutations again and again to you
samaste jagati kaḥ puruSho bhavati - Which(kah) man(puruShah) on earth (jagati) is equal (samah) to you (te)
(samah+te = samaste)

(samah+te = samaste)

Rajani,
OK, I didn't hear punaste (पुनः ते)
This is also correct:
समः+ते = समस्ते

punaste is "again to you". So नमः again and again.
