In the company of veteran Mridangam exponent Toronto based Trichy Shankaran Sir Malladi Brothers gave an excellent vocal recital.Good Violin support by Embar S Kannan.The Thani was enjoyable too.The Mridangam Nadham was so smooth and appeared singing along with Malladi Brothers.Their concert is marked by remarkable consistency with variety of songs from various composers.In fact the main item was a composition of Veena Kuppa Iyer in the raga Kambodi- KONIYADINANAPAI which i heard for the first time.
