Books for veena Notations

i have brought couple of cm books and tried to play on veena but it dosent sound well.
Could anybody provide thoughts/books/notations/links on this

Maybe you should consider buying the book(s) by Rangaramanuja Iyengar titled krtimaNimAlai. He was a vaiNika.

There is also a book titled Learn to Play Vina by Tara Balagopal.

Ya I have tried it
But it is the paid version not the free online resources.
