Here is the next lot. I wish to clarify that I can only translate the Sanskrit terms, and to explain the Chakras, Yoginis and Mantras that are part of the Navavarana (Srividya) Puja method, is beyond me.

nirvisESa para tatva dIpikE - O guiding lamp to the supreme state of being that is beyond adjectives/description
sAmyAdi panca stithi simhAsanastithE - O one seated on the throne of the five states that begin with Samyam (equanimity, equal outlook)
mahanIya savikalpa samAdhi sukhavara bindu pITha nilayE - O one residing on the Bindu-Pitham that gives the bliss of savikalpa samadhi
sadA varada sankalpa karuNAlayE- O storehouse of mercy, who always resolves to bestow boons
mihira kOTi sama shObhayutE - O one with the brilliance of a crore suns
mrdu mandahasita mukhE - O one with a gentle smile on your face
vishvAtmaka haim klIm saum bIjavara mantrArtha bOdhakE - O instructor of the meanings of the best of Mantras (like aIm klIm etc) that pervade the universe
candramukhE - O one with a moon-like resplendent face
