Hello,
I along with my friends attended that concert.In spite of the v.bad support from her accompanists, some how she managed to give a resonably good performance. I doubt if anybody else in her place would do better than that.
I feel that the bad remarks about her are base less. After the concert i heard her telling her mom that the accompanists were not up to the mark especially the mridangam., he was draging all the items to his own comfortable speed,spoiling the mood of the singer. I attended another artist's concert accompanied by the same mridangist and heard that artist also saying the same comment about him. When u say that the singer shouldnot be given any slot at all, i too feel like saying that such accomanists should not be granted any concert tour visa. Just because they are NRIs for want of money slots are alloted and favourable reviews are written?:

I too have a feeling like this. Sometimes I feel the accompaniments drag or run to their comfortable speed and disturb the singers.... I have even seen that it is being expressed in the singer's face sometimes....
