one needs to appreciate about RAM, they never charge extra from the rasika for an artist, it is Rs.500 for VIP, (for all days, all artists) unlike MFAC, charging Rs. 2000 for VIP and Rs. 2oo for dais ticket for Sanjay or Rs. 240 by BGS for balcony.
Another full house except 70% capacity in VIP seats, Snjay gave another stellar performance.

• வண்ண மாடங்கள் சூழ்- பெரியாழ்வார் திருமொழி- மோகனம், கானடா, ஹம்சானந்தி, சுருட்டி

• வாழிய செந்தமிழ்= மங்களம்
Another 2 hours 45 minutes. I always tell 3 things about sanjay which clearly separates from all other artists
1) Energy. He is a power bank. (If mobile charge is down, one can go and give your mobile to him, it will be fully charged within few min !!!). Previous day, he had a concert at narada Gana sabha and here, again another great performance.
2) Instant rapport with audience. No one moved out of the hall and stayed till mangalam. Standing ovation even after the screen almost closed !!!. I had seen this only with Mahrajapuram santhanam and my father always says this for Madurai Somu.
3) He has the humour in between, as when chit came and he said- the list of songs was for 2 concerts. !! and he brings his usual “Nadaswaram”, MDR, Somu, MMI, breath control exercise etc., …..rasikAs love that……
4) The kAvadi chindu was a very difficult tamizh. Referring the book, one had to really work hard to spell it correctly. That is Sanjay- , he takes his business seriously. Once he sits in that place, for him- concert is paramount importance and till mangalam- he thinks- it is his last concert and there is no “tomorrow”
When he has his SWAT (?) team, mission impossible becomes easily possible.
Tani is sweet. And Varadu- Sanjay’s “swara gimmicks” in saveri, carefully played in his violin.
Interesting point in Vani Mahal concert, -(Will write the review in few days here) When Sanjay was singing “Nija dAsa varadA- Kalyani (PSI) kriti, once he sang- nija dAsa and he paused for few seconds ,,,, and sang “varadA” showing his hands to Varadarajan.- audience went “gag a” over his sense of humour……

As a child, I remember listening in awe to Dandapani Desikar in the very hall which seemed bigger than it is to me then, the woodwork and the Nataraja looking more imposing to the youngster's eyes.
We have to wait a few decades (not me, of course) until folks see him as a combination of several giants of the past. How many of his concerts will stand out like the 'airport concert'! He not only has the formula, but the diligence in putting it to practice. Your three point assessment, many of us agree with
As for the rAgamAlikA, it's not the one you mention. You are thinking of kaNNanaik kANbadeppO, kAr mEga vaNNanukken mEl enna veRuppO?--sung by Ananthalakshmi Sadagopn. Composer is Ayya of Trivandrum, I'm pretty sure (her bro-in-law).

That is why I "credited" your name with that .....

Isn't kannan endradume manadil kaadhal pongudhamma a ragamalika starting in shudhdha saarang or some hamsanadam typish ragam??
