aligitE bhAgyamAye gAkEmi (marEmi)- vADu ||P||
If he is angry it is our luck and what esle? KakEmi, in sandhi becomes gAkEmi. MarEmi is a popular version. It means what else? vAdu is he.

talirubONirO vAni daNDimpa galamA vADu ||AP||
Oh! Lady with a tender body! can we punish him? ( This is the first line of the song literally!)

|
taruNirO! arasompu mATalADEvAniki nEnu mancidAnanayyEnA?
(Notice the change in sequence of the words)
Oh lady! For one who speaks half beautiful words ( glib talk) can I be a good person?

sarasaku rADAye sakhiyarO!
Oh friend! He is not coming on to my side.

nA mOmu tirigi cUDaDEmo- dEvuDunnADE? ||1||
May be he will not turn to me and see my face. Only God is there!

bALi lEdikanEla?
bAli lEdu ika Ela . No use now. Why think? (It is not the meaning of the words but of the expression. ika is now, and Ela is why?

nAtO pondu cAlu kAbOlu-
May be ( he thinks that my friendship is no longer needed.
Literally, friendship with me cAlu is pOrum in tamil. Enough! kAbolu is perhaps.

santOShamAya
It should perhaps be santOshamaye. I am happy.

IlAgunE vAnikitavugAdEmO |
IlAgunE this way, vAniki for him, hitavu gAdemo. May be he does not like it!
Hitavu has become itavu and conjugated with the earlier word vAniki.

nIlavENirO! nATi nenaruncaka lEka vADu ||2||
Oh lady with blue/black hair! Without keeping the friendship from the past, if he is unhappy!
nati belonging to that day or the past. nenaru friendship, unchaka without keeping. lEka unable to.
(It should perhaps be nenarunchalEka!) or nenarunchaka alone, and No lEka .

bAlaprAyamunADe bhramayinci
There are many incidents of his seducing me and enjoying me right in the childhood only, ,

nannu vADElina suddulennO galavu |
nannu me, vAdu he, Elina ruling , enno many, kalavu (galavu) are there.

nAtO cAla bAsalu cEsinADE O |
He made me so many promises

bAlarO! muvvagOpAluDippuDu vADu ||3||
Oh girl, he is the Gopala with ankle bell.

Good translation Vijayagopal.

bALi means affection/love.

Vijaygopal,
Does muvva mean ankle bell? Because otherwise, this is what I get from word to word translation for bAlarO! muvvagOpAluDippuDu vADu:

bAlarO : Oh young damsels (I hope you realize that)
muvvagOpAluDippuDu vADu = muvvagOpAluDu + ippuDu vADu = now (ippuDu) he is (vADu) muvvagOpAlA...

THANKS...

Muvva is very much the ankle bell.
The village where this temple is there is known now as Movva.
You always see a bell tied to the waist and not to the ankle of Bala Krishna.
In Telugu Muvva Gopaludu is understood as Gopala with a tiny bell.
All the other words are very much in place. Am I right?

muvvagOpAla can also simply be interpreted as the "gOpAla from muvva" right? The actual location/identity of the place "muvva" is however moot. History is shrouded in mystery.

Isn't there a place called muvvanallUr?

There are several contenders for muvva. AP itself has more than one muvva. And now you have added muvvanalUr as well:)
