Avaraku Thatyamaitochu - Lyrics and Translation Requests

I heard recently the song Aavaraku Thathyamaithochu on an album released by M. Balamuralikrishna. I could not find anything else of the song but after doing some research I have found it is a krithi by one Manambujavadi Venkatasubbayya in the raga Kutuhala. If someone could kindly post the lyrics and translation for this song, that would be very much appreciated.
