Here you go:

pallavi
ennALum ambalattil edarkkAga ADuginrAi inrAgilum shivanE idaippagarvAi paranE

Why (edaRkkAga) are you dancing (ADuginRAi) forever (ennALum) [1] in cidambaram (ambalattil) [2], Oh Lord Siva (SivanE)? Oh supreme being (paranE), will you not communicate/share (pagarvAi) (the reason for this) at least (Agilum) today (inRu)?

anupallavi
pannALAi ADinAl pAdangaL nOgumenru sonnAlum kELA tillai mannA mangaiyuDanE (ennALum ambalattil edaRkkAga ADuginRAi)

Oh king (mannA) of cidambaram (tillai) who does listen (kELA) even when told (sonnAlum) that (enRu) (your) feet (pAdangaL) will hurt (nOgum) if (you) keep dancing (ADinAl) eternally (pannALAi) [3], (why do keep dancing in cidambaram) with (uDanE) your consort (mangai) [4]?

caraNam
AlattaiyuNDa adircciyinAlO aDangAmal kALi seida ArppATTAlO
kAlanai udaitta kAraNattAlO gangaiyai tAngiya ghana bhArattAlO

Is it due to the shock (adircciyinAlO) of having consumed (uNDa) the deadly halAhalam (Alattai)? Or is it due to the (unseemly) demonstration (ArppATTAlO) done/created by (seida) by kALi who was unsubdued/uncontrolled/unsubjugated (aDangAmal) [5, 6]? Or is it for the reason (kAraNattAlO) that (you) kicked (udaitta) yama (kAlanai)? Or is it due to the heavy (ghana) burden (bhArattAlO) of having supported (tAngiya) the Ganges (gangaiyai) [7]?

FOOTNOTES
[1] ennALum literally means any day, every day
[2] ambalam literally means an open space or a theater, but is synonymous with cidambaram
[3] I have translated pannALAi contextually
[4] mangai literally means woman; SivakAmasundari in this instance
[5] Refers to story when kALi, a sore loser in the dance competition between her and Siva, which the latter won by unfair means, decides to leave cidambaram, and settles on the outskirts in anger – tillai kALi temple forms the ellai (boundary) of cidambaram
[6] Seergazhi Sri Govindarajan sings two sangatis at this point – the first time, he refers to kALi as ‘yen annai’, i.e., my (yen) annai (mother); the second time he qualifies her as the uncontrolled one
[7] Seergazhi Sri Govindarajan sings two sangatis at this point – the first time, he sings ‘gauriyai tAngiaya ghana bhArattAlO’ – i.e., is it due to the heavy burden (bhArattAlO) of supporting (tAngiya) pAravti (gauriyai) – a reference to the fact that Siva bears pArvati in his left half; the second time, he changes gauri to gangA
