I wish to know thw word by word meaning of Sri. Koteeswara Iyer Keerthanam "Shambho sadAsiva suta udAra" in Yaagapriya Raga (31st Mela raga). The Lyrics of the song is given under.
Pallavi
ஸம்போ ஸதாசிவ சுதா உதார ஸத்பக்தி ஸாம்ராஜ்ய ப்ரத
Anupallavi:
லம்போதர ஸோதர ஶீதரா அம்போருஹர் க்கரிய குஹ- வர
Charanam:
மோஹ கடலுள் மூழ்காத மோஹமாஹ பெருகுண் அருள் கடலில் மூழ்க
யாகப்ரியா ஶெம்பாக கவி யானைக்க்-அடியேனுக்கருல்- வர
The song is on Lord Muruga ? I presume as the Lyrical words "Lambodhra sOdara" points to.
Thank you.

Re: Shambho sadasiva suta udAra- Koteeswara Iyer Kriti-Meaning
Yes, it is about Muruga, just as all other songs in the 72 Mela ragas by the same composer.
Here is a translation. I have split the words which are combined as per grammar, for ease of explaining.
pallavi
shambhO sadAshiva suta - O Son (suta)of Lord Shiva!
udAra - O Generous one!
sadbhakti sAmrAjya prada - O Giver(prada) of the kingdom of true devotion!
anupallavi
lambOdara sOdara - O Brother of Ganapati!
guha - O Guha (who is)
shrIdhara ambOruharkku ariya - unattainable (ariya) even to Vishnu and the lotus-seated one (Brahma)!
(vara - sambho.. = the eminent Shiva)
caraNam
yAgapriyA - O One to whom Yagnas are dear!
aDiyEnukku aruL - Bless me, the slave (adiyEn)
shembhAgak- kavi yAnaikku - of Kavikunjara bharati who writes excellent poetry,
(such that)
mOha kaDaluL mUzhgAdu - without sinking in the ocean(kaDal) of delusion(mOha),
unnaruL kaDalil mUzhga - (I) immerse (mysef) in the ocean of your grace (aruL),
amOgamAga perugu - that grows (perugu) abundantly/unfailingly.
Notes: The usual mudra Kunjaradasan, is mentioned indirectly here .
amOGha means unfailing in Sanskrit, though when used in Tamil it usually means abundant
sembAga literally means well-cooked
