The title of the book is "Śrī raṅgayyanavara kīrtanegaḷu" by the author himself and the book is in Kannada-replete with svarajatis, varṇams, mēḷarāga kīrtanās, rāgamāḷika, etc. It was published in 1985 by the Mysore Printing and Publishing House.

If you know the piece for which you require notation, please ask.

For a physical copy, would be helpful if you check with music publishers based in Mysore.
