SKR gives his first performance in MA main hall. He had performed for HCL in mini hall. of course, He is also giving his performance in various sabhas.
He is the grandson of famous "Sangeetha Bhushanam" sattur AG Subramanian and undergoing advanced training under (one of) his daughters Smt. Bhuvana Rajagopalan. His guru is AS Murali which was clearly exhibited in his presentation of rAgas.
His voice partially reminded me of Ramakrishnan murthy’s and his performance, as debut, was very good.

Nice to see sattur 3rd Generation is up in Music academy.
I certainly say Sattur’s dedication to his music is echoed in this review came, long back..
“His raga Alapanas and Pallavi elaboration in different ragas were masterpiece of expertise, the way of handling RTP’s lakshana, lakshya elegance. Aesthetic sangathis and his manodharma were incredible and he was a purist.
He was a conservative in nature and diligently performed his daily rituals. He believed in upholding traditional values in life and music and stood firm by it.”
God is so kind and that Sattur 'tradiion" music flows through his grand son .. krishna Ramarathnam.
