Varadarajan
Morsing – Bhagyalakshi Krishna
Surprising, he is not giving performance in parthasarathy Swami sabha, Bharat kalachar, MFAC, BGS. Oophs. Why ?
Song list. As it has already been published in his fb. no surprises.
Hasmsadwani – Varana mukhavA
pArvathi nayaka-Bowli-ST
kAnada-kAnthimathi- PS
Poornachandrika- varada nipuna- GNB
Kala bEda-Gopikavasantham-basavanna-tuned by Sanjay
Todi-Main-cEsinadella-Thyagarajar
RTP- Nattakurinji- “Engal naattai kurinji enbAr”- ........ ,Durga, Sindubariavi
Sri. VenugOpala-Kurinji-MD
Eththanai koTi inbam-Desh-Barathiyar
Ramanai bhajittaal- Maand
Mangalam
3 hours stellar performance. As usual.
Football final day. For Sanjay, does not matter. He has rasikas “glued” to his concert. For me, Todi should have been better.
Tani by NV and that morsing lady was amazing. First thing, I listen to her performance. God bless her.
Whatever Rajeshnatji writes about SS in the NGS review. I accept and second his views.
Surprising, he is almost with his rasikAs throughout the year, with sanjay sabha, thamizhum naanum etc., Still rasikas love his performance, not tired of his music.

grsastrigal,
Thanks for the review and for posting ramki's tamizh review as well. I attended that concert and a true Sanjay concert it was...a fulfilling fare.
As for the tamizh review by Ramki, it reflects perfectly the feelings of those who have followed Sanjay Subrahmanyan through decades and have watched him grow. He has reached such heights because of his tireless striving for excellence.
Bhagyalakshmi from Bengaluru is a favorite of mine
She comes from a line of morsing players, percussionists, among the most well-known in TN being Rajashekhar. She is like a breath of fresh air on stage. Her forceful playing is filled with finesse. Her smiling presence and the liveliness she radiates around her is a treat indeed.
