Inra - give birth to (Lord Vishnu created Cupid the God of Love)
kamalanAbhA dEva - Refers to Lord Vishnu in the form of Padmanabha Swamy who has lotus on his navel.
nin dAsanAna - Your servant/subordinate/devotee
shrI kulashEkhara rAjEndra - Kulasekara Azhwar was a royal saint, a crown jewel in the lineage of the kings of Travancore who ruled the kingdom as Padmanabhadasa.

Contextual meaning is : Nayika talks high of his lord and asks him to show his love & mercy at this time when she is torn apart/deeply worried due to his separation/absence)

Meaning : NAyika says Swamy is the lord of her very existence/life partner

Some corrections in Anupallavi based on what I could hear::

A: kAmanai Inra nI kamalanAbhA dEvAnin dAsanAna shrI kulashEkhara rAjEndrA
(The varnam seems to be in praise of the Travnacore king of the composer's time. He carries the same name as the great Azhwar saint whom Kishore has mentioned.)

O King Kulasekhara, who is the slave to Lord Padmanabha (who is the father of Manmatha)
