What is the meaning of "mAdavar paNI kapAli Ala manamuNDO ilaiyO sol uyar"?

Per post #3 (from PB), this line should be:

uyar mAtavar paNi kapAli ALa manamuNDO sol
Meaning: Oh Siva (kapAli) [1], who is worshipped (paNi) by eminent (uyar) and mighty (mA) people who perform penance (tavar), tell (sol) (me), do you have any (uNDO) intention/thought (manam) of admitting me to your grace (ALa)?

[1] SivA as kapAli - as I understand this, kapAli refers to Siva holding a begging bowl - the skull (kapAla) of brahmA as atonement for the brahmahatti dOsha he accrued when he/Siva pinched off the fifth head of brahmA (as punishment for lying that he/brahmA had seen Siva's head, when all he/brahmA had done was 'talk' to a flower that had fallen from Siva's head - a sentiment captured by the same composer, Sri Sivan, in his vAcaspati kRti - 'ari ayanum kANA ariya jOti Adi antam illA pazhama nAdi') - Siva's atonement is complete when the jaganmAtA as annapUrNA offers him bhikshA - hence, in the kapALISvarar temple in mayilApUr, bhikshADanar kOlam is of utmost importance
